Return Policy

1. Sunglasses

  • You can report a manufacturing defect in the eyewear immediately upon receipt within no more than 8 hours of receiving the product.
  • The eyewear must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories (such as the original case and attached accessories).
  • You must provide the order number as proof of purchase.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, a coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued for use on the website.
  • Important Notes:
    • Any request made after 8 hours of receiving the product will not be considered.
    • The customer is responsible for checking the product condition upon receipt.

2. Watches

  • Watches can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect within no more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The watch must be in its original condition, unused, and include all its accessories (original box, manuals, etc.).
  • You must provide the order number as proof of purchase.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued for use on the website.
  • Important Notes:
    • Defects resulting from misuse or negligence are not considered manufacturing defects.
    • Returning the product requires submitting clear photos showing the product and the defect when making the request.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost for returns if the defect is found to be non-manufacturing.
  • All returned products undergo a thorough inspection by our team to verify the defect.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return request if the stated conditions are not met.

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are not available at this time.
  • If a return request is approved, a coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued and sent to the customer via email. This coupon can be used for purchases on the website within a specified period.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
